It was a present from that Scanlation Team for support, except they tagged it onto this story. It would've been better if the story was by Nekota Yonezou, related to the same characters, and at least in the same genre (yaoi). Instead, it looks like they're trying to steal the thunder from Nekota-sensei and from Nakama Scanlation Circle's generosity.
