But sister/brother romances are bad...they lead to problems like inbreeding and metal retardation due to the blood being too closely related. The children of that romance will have problems, and their children, if they are fully functioning enough to have any, will have issues as well. Inbreeding also leads to severe deformities and delays in mental development...they're not related in this story, and if they're not related in real life, then its okay, but if they're related then it is an extreme problem, not just because the world thinks it is.
