Honestly there are a lot of yaoi out there with that exact definition but the first that came to mind was Sekai-ichi Hatsukoi. It is also an anime and a spin off of the famous Junjo Romantica. If your friend hasn't read/watched these I strongly recommend they do. They are iconic. (⌒▽⌒)

Sounds like sekai ichi hatsukoi, it has an anime 2
