It says on the side that the cover illustration is by Nishi Keiko, so it might just be an illustration. I'm not 100% sure though since I don't know that mangaka~
hirari is the name of the magazine/volume, it says it's a yuri anthology at the top, so most likely the cover art is just an illustration

i dont think they have put something like that here. but i hope they add it if they update the site again.
that`s only possible if you tagged them with "completed" or "ongoing" or wrote it in the comment section when you put it into your "want to read"
