Looking for a yaoi manga in which the seme (has longish hair and is a student) sees the uke (wears glasses) coming out of a hotel (hence discovering he is gay) and cant help but think about him. Turns out the uke works in his school in registrar (or a librarian) and ends up falling for him. I would appreciate any help. I could remember the art but not the name or author. Help!

It was yaoi or shounen ai. Believe it was a one shot, it was based on a legend of a man being able to turn into a dragon (i think it was dragon, but they are invisible) so he got a kid to stay with him for years only to see that the boy runs away in fear and he grows up and captures the dragon man and has him locked up. turns out he never ran away from fear but he was chasing desperately after him. does any one remember this one? just came out maybe less than a month ago. help?
