Actually, I really understand Ayane! When guys are that meddlesome and pushy and you don't actually love them, you just feel at a loss... This just confirms that she doesn't really love him. He won her heart by saying he accepts her for who she is, but she won't be able to love anyone until she loves and accepts herself. And I think being with Kent is actually doing the contrary. She feels bad about not being honest and is hating herself even more.
I agree. Ayane needs to love herself before she can love other.
