I think the chapters were just misnumbered at some point and they rectified it (or messed up aha)?
Because on the first page of 21 it's written naked truth - chapter 12 and in the the first page of 25 it's written story 13.

yea. orders are quite messed up. there are some extra chap. i wonder i missed some

I think that they have he entire thing in the correct order on Spectrum Nexus - it is scanned and uploaded a differently from they way this site posted it.
