didnt sudous words bring aki to realize that he is indeed special? he said that he was stupid trying beeing of use for asami since he is part of his private life. so he realized he is not jus a pet didnt he? im sure it was just emberassment too.

Well, I'm a different anonymous than the 1st one :).. But my first thought when I read that part was that Akihito realized that he doesn't need to be of some use to Asami, because he is a part of Asami's private life, that he hold his own important value for Asami.. He's not a part of Asami's professional life, so he doesn't need to compare himself with Feilong, Sudoh, etc.. I think it's a good progress of understanding in Akihito's part.. That's my 2 cents..
poor asami he was trying to comfort aki patting his hair but he doesn't know that sudoh infected aki with poisonous ideas, we will see a serious love quarrel. asami was shocked by aki's rude reaction!
