Guy kisses her because he thinks she's like previous girls and she starts crying because it's her first kiss. Later he apologizes and they start dating. The dad gets his promotion and she gets upset to move away from the guy but it turns out that she's moving in with him. And in the last panel you see that the boss planned the whole thing because he wants them to get married
