This manga is based on the novel "Okane ga nai" by Shinozaki Hitoyo, and this manga version is drawn by Tohru Kousaka. In a nutshell, this is a manga version of Shinozaki Hitoyo's novel. :)

Come to think of it, i'm kinda confuse about the author and the other version. It says that Shinozaki Hitoyo is the author but before reading the manga.. It says that ''Tohru Kousaka ver.'' It's kinda confusing or am i the only who's hallucinating something? :D
