The tumblr site you linked to only has the summaries of volume 4, not translation of the complete volume 4. Hopefully http://sookybabi.livejournal.com/ will provide more detailed translation for volume 4. She was the first to translate the novel but stopped at volume 3. She has restarted translating again and has posted 2 chapters since becoming active again. Hopefully, she will continue this time and do volume 4. The novel is up to vol 29 already.
if you want volume 4 there's a site that would compile all the chapters in volume 4.

currently reading the novel to this. does anyone know where i can read ALL of volume 4? i have been bouncing back and fourth between a few sites and i can find up to chapter 10. and that is it for volume 4. =/ i dont want to move on to volume 5+ until i read the the rest of 4.
i checked to see if maybe that was the end of 4 and started 5. but that doesnt seem to be the case. :( any help would be wonderful on where i can read vol 4 chap 11+
