I was thinking of some possible events about this. If yuuzuru was to have done something stupid or idiotic, his sister would become more distance and possibly join a deliquent group. She would act more mature and every time she sees her brother she would just be like "yuuzuru" instead of saying ni chan anymore. It would be the kind of kind brother and deliquent sister love.
