I've gotta disagree, I actually have people (yes plural) I hate that much and I find it amusing what they think.
Well, I guess everybody has its own type of hating someone, in your case you don't care at all for the hated person, but some people like/need to know what the hated person does/says about you. I guess Kyouko doesn't hate Shou that much, she's always overreacting...
Kyoko's attitude towards Shou is so annoying. If you hate someone that much you shouldn't care what they think whether you were childhood friends or not.
