I don't think the pages are mixed up, the team would've have said it by now if so, they scanned the raws of the last 4 chapters by themselves and started months ago. It's just plainly confusing.
Scratch that, 40 wasn't. Maybe, just maybe there were pages missing in the raws that were leaked for that one chapter, but it isn't likely at all. I think it was just one really abrupt timeskip, like it assumed they took care of the troubles, as it ended with a comedic panel and just after they said the commotion died down.
I'm more concerned over the story line than the short short short page numbers. We went from breaking Val out of a time trap, regrouping with his pals, then getting trapped again all in around 4 chapters. It seems very rushed. Pages seem mixed up also, because the regroup was seen while Val and Hal were still fighting?? I thought they were imposters until today!
