You haven't met her so far, we get vague images of her in flashbacks. All that we know is that she and Kyoko have a horrible relationship. Kyoko says she is hated by her mother. And that her mother was away a lot on business, hence kyoko always stayed at sho's house.
I read on wiki that sho said kyokos mom contacts him? I dint remember ever seeing that. I actually dont even remember her mom.
