I couldn't find it right now, but chapter 47, I think, had the coloured cover with him on the bed, pants halfway down and those hands reaching out for him. I think that one is awesome and certainly appealed to my, cough, primal instincts. Yamane Ayano has many talents - and drawing Akihto's fine derriere is just one of them. :D
But joke aside: I think it was interesting YA drew the scene like that. It added to Akihito's vulnerability in that situation, being completely at the other one's mercy. Also, it DID leave a lot of people wondering, it he might get raped again (or if something had happened while he was out cold), injured... Basically she threw people for a loop regarding the outcome. So it was kind of a smart thing to do.
