Even if September Scanlations doesn't want to translate Love Stage anymore there will definitely be another scanlation team who would pick this manga up (It's not like it's forbidden to translate it..). I mean Love Stage is really popular. Maybe it will take a while before the next scanlation team picks this manga up and even if a scanlation team won't pick this up there will probably be fans who will translate it for us. Now that the anime aired it became even more popular. The chances for it to get not scanlated/translated is reeaallyy small, but it will probably take some more time then before.

I don't think so. Just so you know, it's unwritten rules in the scanlation world that that the scanlator will stop scanlating certain titles when they get licensed. You know what happened w/ viewfinder, SiH or Junjou Romantica right? They are also as popular (if not more) as Love Stage, but noone scanlated it after they got licensed. Well, at least SS will still do the detailed summary of the newest chapter. It's better than nothing. Either way just wait and buy the official manga when it get released.

If they get caught for any reason, they can get in trouble. That's why the bigger scanlation groups stops once it has been licensed.

L.S is one of the more popular mainstream yaoi, I won't be surprise if some smaller group takes it up after SS stops.

Viewfinder, SiH and Junjou Romantica are still getting translated? I think it took about a year for the next group to take Jr and sih. Back then everybody was making a big deal about it not getting translated (I was one of them). They are both getting translated by some fan group right now (you can find them on facebook. They even announced it on mangafox). Same for viewfinder, it's also getting translated by fans.

Well SiH will be translated by the one that currently does it until the first volume come out, Junjou Romantica is translated since Blu Manga doesn't exist anymore since like 2011, Viewfinder is translated because the group is hidden in a private LJ since someone reported them after Harudaki got reported too. There's always someone that will translate them, but it's kind of not all that simple, and we're always juggling up between more or less good scanlations.

Well JR isn't licensed like SIH, VF has their own LJ group and they are doing it secretly.

Don't worry, someone will pick it up. If not, I could do a really rough raw translation and post it on here. :)
