My mom tried to tie a string around my tooth, then attached the string to a door knob (the idea being that slamming the door would pull the tooth out ... she just could not get me to sit still long enough to tie the knot ... ha ha ha - so she gave me a caramel instead - worked really well) *snicker - I must be a bit of a pain slut ...*
