Nope. It's the animators fault, and translation mistakes. Funiruinanime were never good at translation, and Daisuki and Crunchy have both proven to have mistakes in theirs' too.
Until Yana disconfirms it or confirms it it's here say, and there is TONS of evidence that disproves the theory regardless of how Ciel is talked about is ambiguous or not.
Why are you being so stuck up with the anime? That wasn't my point lol, neither was it everyone's else. I'm largely talking about the manga, and it's many translation errors that may make you think it's ''abrupt and makes no sense'' to quote the japanese. Please inform yourself a bit and don't jump to conclusions D:
Your ''evidences'' are mostly translation errors and characters not directly referering to it lol (again, newphews and children is quite the fishy choice of words). You're disproving nothing with saying that.
Sigh. yes, there is enough evidence to support the 2 Ciel theory, espeically with this new Anime. Light's given us enough prove, and it hasn't been disproven yet, so it's just a matter of waiting it out.
I think it's safe to say that Ciel may actually have a twin.
