In general, I think they're all posted on the LiveJournal community or Tumblr, and sometimes you can find plain download links by Googling. Though some scanners don't want you to reupload or share their scans. Personally (if I had any kind of job), if I were looking to scanlate, I would buy the manga volumes as they come out in book form, because she makes edits to the pages and fixes errors in the art and things and the volumes actually end up looking better. Then you can scan from there...
I really don't know why nowadays it's impossible to find Japanese scans but incredibly easy to find English or Chinese scanlations. I also don't know why people are nowadays writing "raws" even if they're translations (ex. Chinese "raws" of Saezuru, are not raws, because the original isn't in Chinese).

It seems, generally, easier to find raws by searching for the series title, than for searching for the title of the magazine the series is in.
Chapter 14 isn't out yet, usually a new chapter comes out every 2-3 months but sometimes it even takes longer than that, like half a year ;_; She's a wife and mother of at least one young kid, plus sometimes she just feels too stressed to make the normal deadline, so that's why it takes so long. From what I understand, anyway. I don't know if she also has a normal job.
Can anyone tell me how I can add chapters?? I want to add the Japanese raws (and if no one does it soon, I'll just scanlate the newest chapter myself).
