I need to find this yaoi where a man died and got to this place where he saw a beautiful young man where they had a great simple life - ate, had sex, and all other good stuff. But in the end the man got tired of this and wanted to go back, and he did. apparently he was in coma or smth. but after he realized his real life sucked so he got back to this place and to the beautiful guy, but got killed by him since he (the man) like everyone else left the poor guy and so he and the newcomer would eat the guys body.
