this mangaka always has characters that are quiet, introverted, unsure of themselves & usually don't value themselves...then they find love & happiness, usually with their complete opposite. i LOVE that! he obviously confused his gratitude & affection for dad as passionate love, but figures things out. if it's superficial smut you're lookin for, then keep movin. this author explores loneliness & has quite a bit of depth in her writing
