There are 140 raw scans on mangabird or mangaseven..kaneki in his subconscious... talking to his younger human self.. with Arima bleeding on the cheek.. someone on tumblr do translate that chapter.. google it :)

does that imply that someone injures Arima?

I think its Kaneki before he passed out.. he managed to attack Arima but he collapsed and gt defeated.. the chapter itself has 5 story pages but the rest is just character analization from the comic book..
