If they kept in the sex scenes for the anime, it would be considered hentai. The rules for yaoi in anime is pretty strict, especially when it comes to H-scenes. If anything, you'll only witness the aftermath or small cuts of it.

The anime is the biggest shit ever! I've looked so forward it but they're fucking censoring every damn scene. It's so weird Japan is ok with little girls being raped by tentacles and shit but a yaoi is taboo, what the fuck?
