From my interpretation of the series (which may be totally off) I don't think that Ciel is even going to age very much - it seems to me that when he was 'returned' to the Phantomhive residence, that he was not especially human *ducks as the flames from devoted fans appear* But I think that he will remain a young - and short - boy.
I agree with tokidoki on that. It isn't likely Ciel will grow much taller than he is now, he hasn't really grown since he was twelve, maybe an inch.
As for what he'll look like when older, I believe the Ciel in Wonderland special had a moment where he was an adult. I can't remember, I'm sleep deprived right now.

i saw Vincent Phantomhive was soooo handsome and cool. i hope Ciel can grow up like that too. and it can be better yaoi story with Sebastian. kyaaa. but, can Ciel grow taller? when i read that Lizzy is the one who growing up while Ciel remainsmall, i just though that ciel will forever in that state. that wont do right? I want to see Ciel become an adult!! Like his father!
