Same here.. Someone suggested to me that while she's gone, the whole village is slaughtered, and when she discovers this, she blames herself and committees suicide. Or she will attack Ciel out of anger and thus get killed via Sebastian (kind of like Doll did.).. Either way, I think this will be a bittersweet end.
A great part of me really think that she is innocent base on the way she acted with both Ciel and Sebastian, but, at the same time it is hard to believe that she really doesn't know what is happening (she is the one administer the cure and what not) But I also know that she has been living in the village her whole life so the villagers could easily brain wash her into believing whatever they want. Honesty between being brain washed and her not being innocent, I hope that she is not innocent and knows what is going on in the village and knows that the cure is mustard gas and bleach. It would just be too sad that she was brain washed meaning that the people she has been trying to protect had been betraying her all along (I am pretty sure the story is going in that direction)
