Takahiro Sakurai for sure. He said he wouldn't take new roles BUT he also said he had no problems going back to old ones. :)
I suppose there's a chance the original voice will come back but he said he wouldn't do bl series anymore too. Sometimes what they say stick but other times, they'll reconsider and come back. You see it enough in soaps, they leave thinking there's opportunities out there but then come crawling back when they learn otherwise.
I'm pretty sure it's the original VA. I know that he said that he won't be coming back, but who can turn down the popularity of season 3? He will either be tempted, persuaded or change his mind. ;)
Well, the seiyuus (voice actors) haven't been announced. So we know little about whether or not Takahiro Sakurai would return to do JR 3. I have a hunch it will be him and if not, it will be someone who sounds really similar to him.

Yes, season 3 is 100% green lit for production. They announced it back on July 31st on their official twitter page and ANN confirmed it. Check MAL for more info.
I really hope he comes back to voice misaki! <3 if he doesn't, the 3rd series just won't feel the same.. :/
