So I've been aware of this manga and it's anime for a couple years now. Never was interested enough to give it a try until now. I just finished reading the first three volumes and I think I'm gonna pass on reading the rest.
I'm just frustrated with the main couple. Ayase is so weak and innocent that it's annoying. He's weak and manipulated constantly and never fights back. It's sweet to see a person like that exist, but not realistic. Also Kanou is terrible to Ayase. I'll repeat my opinion on Mink from DMMd. If a seme rapes and abuses the uke he has no right to ask for love in return. Then it would just be a case of Stockholm syndrome.
I recognize that some people like this story, but it just didn't sit well with me. At least I tried I guess. That said I do like the characters. Just the main relationship frustrates me too much to continue.
