Kiyomine and Fujishima were more than just friends. Kiyomine went far as saying that Fujishima was is only ideal type. They kiss on the lips many times and they start living together at the end of the manga. The author said in one of her latest notes their relationship would eventually progress.
Somehow, It feels like this is an alternate universe of Komatta where Kiyomine and Fujishima would end up being lovers xD. Lol, just a feeling! :D
