In this story there are references to the Italian language, in the names of the people and some places.
I don't know the author's intentions, but I can only suggest that Canale Dellacqua, which in Italian is written "Canale dell'acqua", means "water canal"
The only difference is the lack apostrophe between "della" (of the) and "acqua" (water) needed in the Italian language to eliminate the final vowel of a word that precedes another word beginning with a vowel. ^_^
Awesome story, Canale is beautiful but he was blind, right? and he not using cane but he can go everywhere. Ayace he do Canale at ship (want to see more Canale expression) and do Canale again at someone house ( forget the owner name of the house, this one Ayace show it to Aura) Ayace is really have a high libid. About Canale name is his name taken from bird name canary ?
