I've always heard that if one of the parties says "NO", if u still go ahead, then IT IS rape; the uke said "Stop this" at least twice... It is true however, that the uke did not make a real fuss about stopping this forceful act - he has already considered (in his mind) that the guy was in fact his type - however, he was surprised and laughed to realize that the rapist's "venting of his frustrations" showed an emotional maturity no better than the one of his colleagues' ... he was as weak as the others he looked down upon!
