No, I disagree. I think Ogura Muku's art is very delicate. In "Castle Mango", a deep story with the quiet Seme which we may need about one page to tell his feeling & thinking, but the mangaka used only one picture to tell all.
Moreover, some pictures can tell something difficult to explain by words, it just senses directly to your heart and make you can't stop smiling of happiness or shedding tears of sympathy.

Oh nice story .. but the art is not quite interesting .. what a pity
