Um, actually it does. In biological terms if the guy hits the prostate gland, apparently it will feel extremely good. My biology teacher told us this during lecture lol
He was doing it with a beginner who had no idea how to work that gland...people got to have skills.
He doesn't get excited due to a case of abuse, the man he loved used him, since then he can't get it up with men.
