Don't worry. When people read or watch sad things, they allow themselves to cry or even feel sad. A while ago, whenever read depressing shit that people claimed will make me cry bucket, I couldn't even feel sorry for the characters no matter what happened to them. I realized that people, including myself, cry only for themselves. We cry because we let ourself feel as if we're the characters or because we can relate to them and if that tragic thing portrayed happened to us or the ones we like. Some say that just because you can't cry you're heartless. I don't think that's true. It took me a while to allow myself to cry. I think maybe same thing would happened to you.
