Well I think I kinda understand how Nagai feeling for Saitou... it's not love for a lover but rather love for sibling or parental love... I have a lil bro that I already consider my own son cuz the way he act so spoilt around me and if you ask me the same question like Nagai that wether I choose my lover or my son I would rather choose my son cuz let's face it that's what every woman (well in this case... a man) would do... well that's what I think anyway... I always consider Honda as the jealous father, Nagai as the mother with a huge son-complex and Saitou as the devil son who want to monopolized his mom :D
