It's more real than any other yaoi you'll read love and caring were in this but also jelosey and other emotions that other don't have so if you don't like it then you won't survive in the real world
stories that revolve around the type of plot you put down can be more realistic than ones that center on jealousy or pain because most authors tend to overplay certain situations just to attempt to invoke those feelings but end up with a ridiculous storyline. Where areas some mangas that play on mild emotions and development in characters can show more realism since it focuses on simple details and moment s that we all can experience. Sides the type of manga you like does not dictate your survival in the real world
