I believe Ryuu thinks Shinya would become a better person, brother, and son if he chose him. All is well that ends well. If you guys are so unhappy with how the story ended, then no one is stopping ya'll from creating your own manga or discontinuing reading this. Calling this the worst manga is totally uncalled for.
