A series of varied yaoi oneshots about men who grapple with their real natures in the face of social approbation:

(1) Tomo and Keita live separately as male friends, both with girlfriends, until a heatwave, one summer, leads to homosexual experimentation. Has this summer fling revealed their true selves, or was it just a side affair to their main relationships?

(2) Even though Yoh is a responsible adult capable of making tough decisions, he has been inhibited by an unfortunate incident in his childhood where a daycare teacher insisted that it was wrong for 2 men to marry. Can he ever live as openly and courageously homosexual as Akira, the neighbour and old friend, for whom he nurtures a secret crush?

(3) A flower spirit transforms into a human shape in order to express his love for the gardener who cares for his kingdom.

(4) Ayasuji, a young salaryman is put out when he's ordered to spend a month hosting Ren, the wealthy heir to a family corporation who has taken a "Roman Holiday" in order to find out what it's like to live without the burden of executive level responsibilities and isolation. Ayasuji's injured feelings change as the full cost of Ren's upbringing is slowly revealed.

Touko Kawaii portrays human emotions with such a keen sense of observation and awareness, her stories are powerful and sensitive. A lot of people take issue with the simple, childlike quality of the artwork, but Touko's stories more than make up for issues with the drawings. Each story, although relatively short as the oneshots they are, is as rich and developed as most manga.

✿ Ch.1 Thrilling Hot Classic Adultery!! One thing leaded to another, made it more realistic & natural. It makes me feel a bit guilty that I really like it. (=_=;)
✿ Ch.2 How the Uke's obsessed & loves the Seme, I think he lies about BF to tempt the Seme adds up to his "Numbskull stories". He must be a virgin too as in Pg.47 he still kisses like a kid, doesn't know even how to french kiss.
✿ Ch.3 A Fairy Prince Fiona of flower kingdom makes a wish to a witch to be with his beloved human Daichi, a flower lover. -- "Daichi, please reap me.." --
✿ Ch.4 Ayatsuji suddenly gets an order from the chairman to live with his grandson Ren(18) for a month!? The pitiful boy's strictly brought up to be the Family's heir, often vomits of tense. Long ago his beloved caretaker's chased out after he innocently told parents he loved him!

Great short/one shots stories that do not lack emotions being displayed. I liked the fact that the stories were different in their presentations; we have fantasy, school life, work/salaryman reality and others. They all were great in their settings and their storylines.
The only issue , I have is the character’s drawings .. They looked alike .. Unfortunately , the mangaka doesn’t seem to understand the individuality traits, she can add a mole, have different eye shapes , but they all looked similar. The other thing that I found funny is that black-haired character was stereotyped to be the seme in all stories !!

Stories consists of - youthful love , curiosity, thrill of moment, freedom---
Of all stories i liked the first one i know both were cheating to their gfs and enjoying the thrill of having sex with each other and pirece each other i think it's nice read this mangaka's works are good in some way full of youth , curiosity, thrill of sex , and obsession in healthy way .

1st oneshot x3

1: After drunkenly sleeping together, two best friends decide to continue their fling for the remainder of the summer, even though both have girlfriends.
2: Yoh has convinced himself that homosexuality is not an option in life, but deeply loves Akira, his best friend who is openly gay.
3: Cute fantasy story about a "flower prince" and the boy who tends to the plant that makes up his realm.
4: An average salaryman is instructed to let the company director's son stay with him for a month to learn about the real world.

1st story is really good.. caring seme..

O: Tbh I only remember the 1st and 3rd chapter, no offence but the old art style was off-putting. I guess it was cute?

It's a good book, I enjoyed all the stories. I definately want to read it again some time.

Very cute shoet stories

All of these touched my heart, but the rose story? Gimme more of that, please? ! My heart, soul and spirit were captivated. And I want to see little Ren happier.

This was interesting. I feel like the third story could continue, but it still left off on a good note.

The stars are only for the first story.

Every story is so well done! The last one felt a bit rushed but nonetheless very beautiful!

ch 1 seme and uke have girlfriends eventually they broke it off with their girlfriends. they each gave each other piercing. the parted and reunion 2-3 years later.

I liked the first couple cause they always liked each other cause it's not normal to get drunk and start kissing your same e sex friend all the time. Since they were both straight I don't think they knew what was happening with them at first and maybe the liquor just came them an easy way to fulfill their desires.

I liked the second couple but I wish they would have been together sooner. One fights to conform to societal norms and the other dates losers but they both still love the other more.

The third couple with the fairy flower boy who falls in love with a human was okay.

The last couple was similar to the first couple about conforming but it wasn't as good.
